After a satisfying early career as a therapist, I started an advocacy organization, We Will Find A Way, to raise awareness and work with businesses and government agencies to spread the practice of universal design. Changing visual iconography is part of that battle. I regularly blog about the travails and triumphs of my travels.
I'd like to showcase the beautiful Pacific Northwest and the places and spaces that are balm to my sometimes weary soul: the delights of gritty, historic Pioneer Square; windswept beaches on Whidbey Island; and my in-laws gorgeous garden in the sunny Okanagan area of British Columbia. As always, I'd like my trusty companions with me: Leslie, my adorable wife of 15 years and our 3-year young Corgi, Gus.
